By the end of the first session, my perception had changed for good. I learned so much in this workshop. It got me thinking about the real reasons behind my current challenges.

I wanted to let you know that I really appreciated the 21-days Mindfulness course. It´s been enlightening and you have structured in a manner that helped me a lot to review my goals and change the attitude towards certain feelings.
I have taken lots of notes and I can go through the 21 tasks to review what we went through. I have surely incorporated some positive tasks/gestures in my daily routine and I’m very grateful to you for this.
Perhaps for me, being a structured person, a sort of final tips or suggestions from you in writing would have been also nice. But this doesn’t change the positive feeling I have towards the course.
